Justice Minister and Attorney General helps promote Burn Awareness Week

CAMPBELL RIVER – As part of Burn Awareness Week, Justice Minister and Attorney General, Shirley Bond joined Campbell River Fire Fighters and students from L’Ecole Des Deux Mondes to practice fire and household safety.

Burn Awareness Week is an annual province-wide program of the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Burn Fund that promotes burn prevention and safety issues aimed at children in grades K-7.

The Burn Fund supports lifesaving medical care, assists survivors and prevents future tragedy thanks to generous donations from the community. Please help with a gift today.
