Burn Camp returns to Squamish for its 33rd Anniversary this year. The annual summer camp welcomes young burn survivors and off-duty fire fighters, adult burn survivors, and health care professionals who volunteer as camp counsellors.

Each year, approximately 1,000 children and adults are treated for burn injuries in BC. The Burn Fund offers survivor programs, accommodations and resources.

We are aware of fraudulent activity involving the unauthorized use of the Burn Fund’s name and cause. These scams falsely present themselves as official Burn Fund representatives, often over the phone, and attempt to solicit donations.
To be very clear, the Burn Fund does not cold call individuals or request credit card information over the phone. Any such claims are fraudulent.
